Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy


Please allow 1-3 days to get your order out in the mail. After that, the shipping courier that you choose will determine how long it will take for your piece to arrive.


Refunds can only be granted if:

  • The piece is broken upon receiving. Please send me a picture of the broken piece within 7 days of package receipt to info @ I try my best preparing all the pieces so that they survive travel, marking the package as fragile all over, and insure all the pieces with the courier, but understandably, sometimes things happen. Providing me good pictures allows me to file a claim to the courier.
  • The package is missing. Please send me an email at info @ so that I can file a claim with the courier.

Returns and Exchange

I don’t accept returns. Since each piece is one of a kind, I don’t accept exchange requests.
