I’m loving the highly glossy glaze on the inside and white-orange glaze on the inside on this tea cup set! This set uses a dark clay body rich on the oxide. It was made to be a gift.
The piece was wheel-thrown, trimmed, bisque-fired, then glazed, before finally being glaze fired.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.

Aardvark Black Mountain
Black Mountain is manufactured by Aardvark Clay. Fired shrinkage is 12% and water absorption is 1% when fired to Cone 10. Deep brown / black clay, medium in texture.
